Faye Premer joined Civic Builders in 2005 and is now the Vice President of Real Estate Development. She is responsible for managing site development, including the supervision of consultants such as architects, engineers, contractors, and legal counsel. Faye also oversees the design team and the contractors throughout all phases of design and construction to ensure Civic Builders delivers successful projects on time and on budget. Prior to joining Civic Builders, Faye specialized in public school and university design with Tuck Hinton Architects in Nashville [masked]) and with Polshek Partnership Architects in New York [masked]).

Kimberly Murphy earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University and is a practicing architect at Edelman Sultan Knox Wood / Architects. Kimberly specializes in non-profit work and has won awards for the Eco-Restroom and New Settlement Community Campus.
