Equity by Design - Fall Symposium Planning:  (1:30pm-2pm)

Updates from Each of the Group Chairs on the following topics.

a.     Venue and Event Planning: Event Brief to be issued, 200 max participants, Friday venue more likely.

b.     Content: (Panels, Town Hall, Break Out Groups, PechaKucha, MininHackathon?)

c.     KeyNote Speakers and Panelists: Develop list of potential candidates.

d.     Media and Communications: Outreach, Blogposts, Research Data InfoGraphics, Video Archiving

e.     Sponsorship: Work with AIA SF Staff and Communications Group on Sponsors List, Ask letter and solicitation for the Symposium
