Equity by Design - Fall Symposium Planning: (1pm-2pm)
Updates from Each of the Group Chairs on the following topics.
a. Venue and Event Planning: Event Brief to be issued, 250 max participants, Finalizing agreement with San Francisco Art Institute for October 18th 8am-5pm Saturday following Big Sibs event.
b. Content: Final Review of Break Out Session Content and Potential Speakers. Schedule and seek volunteers to facilitate break out sessions. (Panels, Town Hall, Workshops, PechaKucha, Mini-Hackathon?)
c. KeyNote Speakers and Panelists: Review list of potential candidates and finalize save the date letter and confirm interest.
d. Media and Communications: Outreach, Blogposts, Research Data InfoGraphics, Video Archiving (Confirm Novedge Google Hangout on Air date)
e. Sponsorship: Work with AIA SF Staff and Communications Group on Sponsors List, Ask letter and solicitation for the Symposium
