Ms. Dennis-van Dijl will present key findings of the Equity in Architecture Survey and highlights from the group’s work since then. The presentation will be followed by an open discussion on how women and men can work together to realize the goal of equitable practice, advance architecture, and communicate the value of design to society.

Ms. Dennis-van Dijl is a member of AIASF committee Equity by Design and the core team for The Missing 32% Project, a groundbreaking research study which launched a national conversation about why so few leaders in architecture are women.
