Career Dynamics and Panel Session
Career Dynamics Survey Findings and Panel Session -
9:30 - 10:30am | Lecture Hall
Our research shows that regardless of age, gender, or level of experience, respondents’ perspectives on their careers in architecture are shaped by the ways in which they address several key issues, or career dynamics, within the context of working in a practice. Each of these career dynamics has the potential to cause professional and personal tension. In this panel discussion a diverse group of experts will explore how we can, as a profession at large, as firm leaders, and as individuals, lessen the negative impacts of these dynamics and help each other successfully tackle these issues in our careers
